It is sad that only 2,000 kids will have a shot of getting in to a school of their choice, unlike the children of the affluent members of congress that voted to set the number so low. Louise Slaughter fits right in with Buffalo Politicians! It's almost as if they administer some kind of IQ breathalyzer around here, and if you blow over an 80 you are unqualified to hold office. A sad story. Another private school closes, lessening the choices available to parents in the inner city. And with per pupil expenditures of over $12,000, how much does it cost the city for these kids to be forced into Buffalo schools as their only option?
