Paul Tokasz sticks it to the area one last time!!

In typical fashion, Tokasz works the system so that there is no opportunity for anyone but the handpicked party hacks to succeed him. IS THERE NO LIMIT TO THE CONTEMPT THIS GUY MUST HAVE FOR THE VOTERS?
